a. Extra bed: Surcharge for the 3rd person is calculated at 45% of the double room price with extra bed (according to room class)
b. Surcharge for children (age of children is calculated by year of birth)
• Free for 1 child under 05 years old sharing room and bed with parents (sleeping and eating with parents). In case the parents' room has 02 children under 5 years old sleeping with parents, the 2nd child will be charged at 75% of the price of 1 adult.
• Children from 5 to under 11 years old sharing a room and bed with their parents: 75% of the price of an adult
• Two children under 11 years old sleeping in a separate room, will be charged at the double room rate as adults. In case 1 child sleeps in a separate room, 80% of the double room rate as adults will be charged.
• Children from 5 to 11 years old sharing a double room with an adult will be charged at the double room rate as adults.
• Children from 11 years old and over will be charged at the adult rate.
• Confirmation of bookings with children depends on the decision of Party A.
c. Shared car: Hanoi - Tuan Chau - Hanoi: limousine from 7 to 18 seats, pick up and drop off in Hanoi Old Quarter. (including VAT)

- Children under 5 years old are free to share a seat with parents | Children sitting in separate seats - 5 years old or older will be charged as adult price

The round-trip shuttle bus fee is 450,000 VND per person (for both ways). The price for the 18-seater Limousine is 600,000 VND per person (round-trip), and the 9-seater Limousine is 700,000 VND per person (round-trip)

DAY 1: TUAN CHAU - HA LONG BAY - LAN HA BAY - TRA BAU

8:30 – 8:50: Limousine pick up at your hotel in the Old Quarter or at 34 Hoa Ma, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi. (There will be an additional charge for the shuttle if booking from Hanoi).

12:00: Peony Cruises crew members will welcome you at 34, Tuan Chau Marina, Quang Ninh.

12:30: You will be transferred to our support boat and taken from the pier across the bay to board our luxury ship, Peony Cruises. During this time, we will brief you about the itinerary.

13:00: Welcome drink, wet towel and special lunch with fresh and delicious dishes. You will be mesmerized
as you enjoy a sumptuous dinner on our luxury cruise. Life can't get any better than this! Then, we will set sail to Lan Ha Bay - A member of the World's Most Beautiful Bays.

Enjoy a delicious lunch of fresh seafood and many other delicious dishes while cruising along Lan Ha Bay with breathtaking scenery.

15:30: Visit Tra Bau area, famous for its pristine, poetic natural beauty and attractive seascape of Lan Ha Bay. This is the most ideal time to kayak to explore the most authentic beauty of the limestone islands.

Immerse yourself in the emerald green waters of the bay or enjoy the Jacuzzi pool on Peony Cruise.

17:30 - 18:30: Join us for a cooking demonstration to learn how to make one of the most famous Vietnamese dishes, spring rolls. Or head up to the top deck of the cruise, where you can admire the stunning sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin.

Enjoy Happy Hour – BUY 1 GET 1 FREE at the bar. This is
the perfect time for photography enthusiasts to capture the beautiful sunset over Lan Ha Bay.

19:30: Enjoy delicious local dishes prepared and served by our talented chef.

This is a delightful meal in an intimate romantic setting.

21:00 – 22:00: Relax and sip on exotic cocktails and drinks at the rooftop bar (charges apply). Pamper yourself with an optional spa treatment or simply relax on the deck under the dazzling sky.

Or try your luck at squid fishing on the main deck.

DAY 2: LAN HA BAY – CAT BA ISLAND – TUAN CHAU

6:00: Start your day full of energy with a Tai Chi session and watch the sun rise over the horizon.

6:45 - 7:15: Breakfast is served while the cruise returns to Gia Luan pier. (Breakfast time can be adjusted and follows the actual itinerary)

7:30 - 9:00: You will join the tour to visit Cat Ba World Biosphere Reserve by shuttle boat. It takes 30 minutes to travel from Gia Luan to Trung Trang - one of the most impressive caves in Cat Ba Island, Vietnam. The limestone cave has thousands of talaclite with many different shapes, bringing geological value with a unique cave ecosystem.

9:30: Return to the main boat from the cave and check out. Luggage is left outside the room.

Lunch is served at the restaurant. Bill payment at the restaurant bar (if applicable)

10:30 - 11:00 Depart Peony Cruises and transfer back to Lot #34, Big Bay group wharf, Tuan Chau Marina. Relax and wait for luggage.

11:30 - 12:00 Passengers are ready at Tuan Chau Marina.
