CHILD POLICY

• Children under 5 years old: 1 child per cabin stays free of charge when sharing the same bed with parents; the second child will be charged VND 1,950,000 (sharing parents’ bed).
• Children aged 5–11 years: VND 2,900,000 when sharing bed with parents; VND 3,900,000 per child with an extra bed.
• Children aged 12 years and above are charged as adults.

A surcharge of VND 1,175,000 per guest applies on the following public holidays:

• Liberation Day (30 April)
• International Labour Day (1 May)
• National Day (31 August – 2 September)
• Christmas Eve (24 December)
• New Year’s Eve (31 December)
• Lunar New Year holidays (Days 30, 1, 2, 3 of Tet): VND 3,500,000 per cabin per night.

• Round-trip limousine service by the cruise: VND 1,150,000 per person (2 ways)
• 18-seat limousine (external service): VND 600,000 per person (2 ways)
• 9-seat limousine (external service): VND 700,000 per person (2 ways)

GRAND PIONEERS CRUISE: 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT ITINERARY

DAY 1: HA LONG BAY – SUNG SOT CAVE – SUNSET PARTY (Lunch – Dinner)

11:15 – 11:30
Guests arrive at Grand Pioneers Waiting Lounge (Gate 1, Tuan Chau International Marina).

12:00 – 13:00
Boarding procedures. Transfer by tender boat, check in to cabin, enjoy a welcome drink, and attend a safety briefing by the cruise manager while the cruise begins its journey through Ha Long Bay .

13:00 – 14:30
Enjoy lunch at the restaurant with unique Vietnamese cuisine while admiring the limestone islands of Ha Long Bay.

15:30 – 17:00
Visit Sung Sot Cave – one of the largest and most beautiful caves. Discover its impressive stalactite and stalagmite formations.

17:30 – 18:30
Cooking class and canapé party. Enjoy sunset over the bay with light snacks, join a cooking class, and sip cocktails during Happy Hour.

19:00 – 21:00
Dinner at the restaurant featuring a diverse 5-star chef’s menu.

21:00 – 23:00
Free time after dinner. Relax onboard, try squid fishing, or enjoy spa, karaoke, or entertainment services.

Overnight onboard.

DAY 2: HA LONG BAY – LUON CAVE (Breakfast – Brunch)

Sunrise over the bay. Enjoy the beautiful morning scenery of Ha Long Bay .

Meditation session on the sundeck to start the day.

06:30 – 07:30
Light breakfast served at the restaurant.

07:30 – 08:45
Visit Luon Cave by bamboo boat or kayak – one of the best places to explore nature.

09:00 – 09:30
Check out. Return to the cruise to rest and complete check-out procedures at the reception.

09:00 – 10:15
Brunch served at the restaurant.

10:30 – 10:45
End of the journey. Disembark by speedboat and return to Grand Pioneers Waiting Lounge.

• Wi-Fi may be unstable in remote areas or while cruising.
• Passenger details (full name, date of birth, nationality, passport/ID/visa) must be submitted before departure. The cruise is not responsible if boarding is denied due to missing or incorrect information.
• Exact schedule will be confirmed by the tour guide/cruise manager onboard.
• Itinerary may change depending on weather, tide conditions, and regulations from Ha Long Bay authorities.
• Special dietary requests (vegetarian, allergy, etc.) must be informed at least 24 hours before departure.
• Recommended items: passport/ID, camera, sunglasses, hat, swimwear, sunscreen, insect repellent, and necessary personal medication.
