• 01 child under 4 years old sharing a room with adults: Free of charge
• 01 child from 5 to 10 years old sharing a room with adults: Charged 75% of the adult rate
• Children from 11 years old and above: Charged as adults
• Two children under 5 years old sharing a room with adults: 01 child free of charge, the second child charged 50% of the adult rate

Extra Bed & Baby Crib Policy

• Baby crib: Free of charge
• Extra bed for children: Charged 75% of the adult rate
• Extra bed for adults: Charged at adult rate
• During holidays and festive occasions such as Christmas (24/12), New Year’s Eve (31/12), Lunar New Year (30th, 1st, 2nd lunar days): surcharge applies — Adults: 900,000 VND/person, Children: 700,000 VND/child

CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 60 days before departure: No charge.
60 – 31 days before arrival: 50% charge.
30 – 15 days before check-in: 75% of total price.
Less than 15 days before check-in: 100% of total price.
No-show: 100% of total price.
Cruise cancellation due to bad weather or force majeure: Free of charge.
Unexpected situations may be negotiated.

DAY 1: HANOI – HA LONG BAY (Lunch/Dinner)

• 07:45 – 08:45 Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Please be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time. (Our bus may arrive late due to traffic congestion, we appreciate your understanding for the inconvenience.)

• 09:30 Short refreshment break at Thanh Mien, Hai Duong for approximately 25 minutes.

• 11:15 Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina and complete check-in procedures at the waiting lounge.

• 12:00 Board the cruise and enjoy a welcome drink while receiving a short briefing. Check in to your cabin and prepare for a delicious lunch.

• 12:30 Enjoy Vietnamese and international cuisine while cruising through the picturesque bay, passing by some of the most beautiful areas: Incense Burner Islet, Stone Dog Islet, Fighting Cock Islet, and Three Peach Islets.

• 14:30 Continue exploring Ha Long Bay by visiting the Pearl Farm. This is also an ideal place for kayaking and getting closer to the timeless beauty of Ha Long Bay.

• 16:00 Visit Sung Sot Cave – a magnificent limestone cave worthy of its original French name: Grotte des Surprises. The stunning stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years are the reward after climbing uphill on Bo Hon Island.
***Suitable shoes are recommended when it is wet.

• 17:45 Return to the cruise and enjoy Happy Hour at the bar (Buy 2 Get 1 Free).

• 19:30 Deluxe dinner is served. Enjoy traditional and fusion dishes prepared by our talented chefs.

• 21:00 After dinner, enjoy the bar and spa, squid fishing, watch movies in your cabin, play cards or chess, or simply relax on the sundeck.

• 23:00 Overnight on board.

DAY 2: HA LONG BAY – HANOI (Breakfast/Lunch)

• 06:15 Experiencing the bay in the morning is truly wonderful. Awaken your senses with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck while enjoying the fresh sea air before breakfast.

• 06:30 Coffee, tea, and pastries for breakfast are served at the restaurant.

• 07:30 Visit Titop Island. Titop is a small limestone island with one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Ha Long Bay. You may swim in the emerald water or hike to the top for a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay.

• 09:30 Return to the cruise. Check out and settle bills at the reception desk.

• 10:00 Lunch is served while cruising back. Relax on the sundeck or in the restaurant.

• 11:30 Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina. Time to say goodbye and end your journey with us.

• 14:30 Return to the drop-off point in Hanoi. End of the trip.
