Children policy	Surcharge: VND 1,500,000 per adult guest and VND 1,000,000 per child for stays on Christmas Eve (24/12/2025) and New Year’s Eve (31/12/2025). OTHER SURCHARGES a. Extra bed A surcharge of 45% of the double room rate applies for the 3rd guest using an extra bed (depending on room category). b. Child policy (based on year of birth) • 1 child under 5 years old stays free when sharing the same room and bed with parents (same meals as parents). If there are 2 children under 5 years old sharing the same room with parents, the second child will be charged 75% of the adult rate. • Children aged from 5 to under 11 years old sharing the same room and bed with parents are charged 75% of the adult rate. • Two children under 11 years old staying in a separate room are charged as adults for a double room. If only 1 child stays in a separate room, the charge is 80% of the adult double room rate. • A child aged 5–11 staying with 1 adult will be charged the same as an adult double room rate. • Children aged 11 and above are charged as adults. • Acceptance of bookings with children is subject to approval by Party A. c. Shared limousine transfer: Hanoi – Tuan Chau – Hanoi Limousine 7–18 seats, pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi Old Quarter (VAT included). VND 800,000 per person round trip \| VND 600,000 per person one way Children under 5 years old travel free if sharing a seat with parents. If occupying a separate seat, children aged 5 and above are charged as adults.

Check-in instructions	MON CHERI CRUISE ITINERARY: 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT DAY 1: DEPARTURE – LAN HA BAY & TRA BAU (Lunch, Dinner) 8:30 – 8:50 Limousine pick-up from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter or from 16 Thi Sach Street, Hanoi (Hanoi transfer surcharge applies). 12:00 Arrive at Mon Cheri Waiting Lounge (No. 34, Tuan Chau Marina, Quang Ninh). 12:30 Transfer by support boat to Mon Chéri Cruise. Safety and itinerary briefing onboard. 13:00 Enjoy a welcome drink and a special lunch featuring fresh seafood. The cruise begins its journey to explore Lan Ha Bay . 15:30 Visit Tra Bau Area . Guests may choose to kayak around limestone islands or swim in emerald waters. Relax in the onboard Jacuzzi pool. 17:30 – 18:30 Join a cooking class (learn how to make spring rolls) and enjoy sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Happy Hour program – BUY 1 GET 1 FREE at the bar. 19:30 Dinner is served featuring delicious local dishes in a romantic atmosphere. 21:00 – 22:00 Free time to relax. Enjoy cocktails at the bar (extra charge), use spa services (optional), or try squid fishing on the main deck. DAY 2: CAT BA – TRUNG TRANG CAVE – END OF TRIP (Breakfast, Brunch) 6:00 Start the day with Tai Chi on the sundeck and enjoy sunrise. 6:45 – 7:15 Breakfast is served while cruising toward Gia Luan Port . 7:30 – 9:00 Join a shore excursion to the Cat Ba World Biosphere Reserve . Explore Trung Trang Cave , known for its unique cave ecosystem and limestone formations. 9:30 Return to the main cruise for check-out (luggage placed outside cabin). Brunch is served at the restaurant. 10:30 – 11:00 Disembark Mon Chéri Cruise and transfer back to Tuan Chau Waiting Lounge. 11:30 – 12:00 Trip ends at Tuan Chau Marina .
