a. Extra bed
An additional charge of 45% of the double room rate applies for the 3rd person using an extra bed (depending on room category).

b. Child policy (age based on year of birth)
• 1 child under 5 years old stays free of charge when sharing the same room and bed with parents (same meals and accommodation as parents). If there are 2 children under 5 years old in the same room, the second child will be charged 75% of the adult rate.
• Children from 5 to under 11 years old sharing the same room and bed with parents are charged 75% of the adult rate.
• Two children under 11 years old staying in a separate room will be charged the same as adults for a double room. If only one child stays in a separate room, the charge is 80% of the adult double room rate.
• A child aged 5–11 staying with one adult will be charged the same as an adult double room rate.
• Children aged 11 and above are charged as adults.
• Acceptance of bookings with children is subject to approval by Party A.

c. Shared limousine transfer: Hanoi – Tuan Chau – Hanoi
Limousine 7–18 seats, pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi Old Quarter (VAT included).

A short briefing about the itinerary will be provided during this time. 13:00 Enjoy a welcome drink, cold towel, and a special lunch featuring fresh local cuisine and delicious dishes. This is the ideal time for kayaking among limestone islands and exploring the bay. You can also swim in the emerald waters or relax in the Jacuzzi on Peony Cruise. 17:30 – 18:30 Join our cooking demonstration and learn how to make Vietnamese spring rolls. Alternatively, head to the top deck to enjoy a stunning sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. Enjoy Happy Hour – BUY 1 GET 1 FREE at the bar. This is a perfect moment for photography lovers to capture the sunset over Lan Ha Bay. 19:30 Enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by our talented chef in an intimate romantic setting. 21:00 – 22:00 Relax with cocktails at the top bar (extra charge), enjoy spa services (optional), or unwind on the sundeck under the night sky. DAY 2: LAN HA BAY – CAT BA ISLAND – TUAN CHAU 6:00 Start your day with a Tai Chi session while watching the sunrise. 6:45 – 7:15 Breakfast is served as the cruise returns to Gia Luan Port . (Timing may be adjusted depending on actual itinerary.) 7:30 – 9:00 Join a tour of the Cat Ba World Biosphere Reserve by shuttle boat. It takes about 30 minutes from Gia Luan to Trung Trang Cave , one of the most impressive caves on Cat Ba Island. The limestone cave features thousands of stalactites with unique shapes and rich geological value. 9:30 Return to the main boat and check out. Please leave your luggage outside the cabin. Lunch is served at the restaurant. Settle any bills at the bar (if applicable). 10:30 – 11:00 Disembark Peony Cruises and transfer back to Tuan Chau Marina, No. 34.
