DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR OBTAINING A TRAVEL PERMIT:

For adults (14 years old and above, it is mandatory to have a valid Citizen ID Card – CCCD – to be issued a travel permit):

• A copy of both sides of a valid ID card or CCCD (ID card must not be older than 15 years).
• TK08 declaration form (fill in and sign clearly with full name). A soft copy is attached along with a sample form; adults do not need police verification.
• Two 4x6 cm portrait photos with a white background (1 photo to attach to the TK08 form and 1 photo for the travel permit book).
  Requirements: neat hair, no glasses, taken within the last 6 months, no selfies.

For children (under 14 years old):

• Original or notarized photocopy of the birth certificate, valid within 6 months, or a certified copy with a red stamp (not a plain photocopy). The Immigration Police will retain this document when issuing the travel permit. If the original birth certificate is provided, it will be returned after the travel permit is issued.
• TK08 declaration form for travel permit (parents fill out and sign on behalf of the child, signing either the father’s or mother’s name). The form must have the child’s 4x6 photo attached, with verification stamps from the local police where the family resides, and the photo must be stamped on the bottom by the local police. A sample form is attached.
• One 4x6 cm portrait photo with a white background for the travel permit book.

General notes about documents:

• When arriving at Mong Cai, adults must bring the original valid CCCD that matches the copy initially provided to the company.
• Both children and adults must provide the complete set of 3 required documents listed above 3–5 days before the departure date.

(*) Customer responsibility:

• Customers are fully responsible for their health and chronic conditions (heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, bone/joint disorders…), congenital conditions, latent illnesses, HIV/AIDS, mental or neurological disorders, pregnant women… These conditions are not covered by travel insurance. If necessary, customers must provide a written declaration of their health status when joining the tour. The tour operator is not responsible for cases where customers fail to declare their condition, provide false information, or for any incidents outside the scope of travel insurance.
• Customers must take care of their personal belongings at all times and in all locations during the trip. The tour operator is not responsible for loss of money, valuables, plane tickets, or any personal property during the trip.

Children Pricing:

• Ages 1 to under 5: VND 500,000 for immigration fees.
• Ages 5 to under 10: 75% of the tour price (includes a separate meal and seat on the vehicle, but still shares the bed with parents).
• Ages 10 and above: 100% of the tour price, same as adults.
