QUAN LAN 3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS (3–4 PEOPLE PER ROOM)

Children Policy (please read carefully to understand the applicable standards):

• Children aged 1–4: free of charge for tour services; only the bus seat fee is applied (according to current road traffic regulations on maximum passenger capacity per vehicle).
  Note: Parents are responsible for any additional expenses incurred. Each 2 adults may accompany only 1 child (aged 1–4); from the 2nd child onward, 80% of the tour price will be charged. If 1 adult travels with 1 child (aged 1–4), the child must also pay 80% of the adult tour price (with the same benefits as the 80% child rate).
• Children aged 5–9: charged 80% of the tour price (includes meals, children’s sightseeing tickets if the tour includes tickets for adults, and a separate seat on the bus; however, must share a bed with parents for tours from 2 days or more that include hotel stays).
• Children aged 10 and above: charged as adults, with full adult benefits.
• In cases where the tour includes sightseeing tickets but a child must purchase an adult ticket due to exceeding the height limit set by the attraction, parents will need to pay the difference directly to the tour guide.
• High-speed boat tickets are charged according to the boat operator’s policy (prices may change depending on actual conditions without prior notice): children aged 1–4 (not yet turned 4) are subject to a surcharge of 400,000 VND per child.

Notes on purchasing seafood:

• Seafood must be packed in clean, tightly sealed foam boxes. The driver has the right to refuse transportation if seafood is brought onto the bus without proper packaging.
• No seafood is allowed in the passenger seating area. The driver may refuse to transport seafood if a customer buys too much and there is no space in the luggage compartment.

Other general notes:

• Tour participants must carry valid identification documents (Citizen ID/Passport). Children under 14 years old must have a birth certificate at minimum. Children aged 14 and above are required to have a Citizen ID/Passport.
• It is recommended to bring medication for diarrhea, colds, and fever.
• Vegetarian guests are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to suit their dietary needs.
• Any unused services in the tour, not caused by the tour operator’s fault, will not be refunded.
• If entrance fees change after the time of booking or if attractions do not notify in advance, guests are responsible for paying any price differences.
• The tour guide reserves the right to adjust the order of sightseeing destinations depending on the specific departure conditions, while ensuring all listed attractions in the program are included.

• Customers are fully responsible for their own health under all circumstances. They are required to inform the tour operator of any personal medical conditions (if any) to receive appropriate health advice for the tour.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all places during the trip. The tour operator is not liable for any loss of money, valuables, flight tickets, or personal belongings during the journey.
