Child Room Rates (Applicable for Special Holidays/Festive Periods)

Christmas Eve (24/12), New Year’s Eve (31/12) & Lunar New Year’s Eve:
• Children aged 3–12 years: surcharge of 375,000 VND/child.

Lunar New Year (1st–3rd day of Lunar January):
• Children aged 3–12 years: surcharge of 300,000 VND/child.

II. General Child Surcharge Policy (“Indochina Sails” section below)

• Children under 3 years old:

Free for 01 child per cabin.
If there are 02 children under 3 years old in one cabin: 01 child is free and the 2nd child is charged 950,000 VND.

• Children from 3 to under 5 years old:

Fixed surcharge: 950,000 VND.

• Children from 5 to under 12 years old:

Fixed surcharge: 1,660,000 VND.

• Children from 12 years old and above:

Charged as adults.

III. Extra Bed Policy

• Extra bed price for children: 625,000 VND.

Important Note:
Child rates (sharing bed with parents – maximum 01 child per cabin) already include meals (children’s menu) as per itinerary and sightseeing entrance fees. Extra bed is NOT included. If guests request an extra bed for children, the Extra Bed surcharge will apply.

Directions	Guests check in at Tuan Chau Pier, Ha Long, Quang Ninh from 11:30 AM – 11:45 AM. • Limousine service: 600,000 VND/person/round trip • Cruise shuttle bus: 500,000 VND/person/round trip One-way transfer is charged at 50% of the round-trip price. Hanoi VIP Tours vehicles only pick up within Hanoi Old Quarter, using 35-seat, 45-seat, and 29-seat buses with English/Vietnamese-speaking guides.
Check-in instructions	DAY 1 11:30 - 11:45 Guests arrive at the private lounge of Indochine Grand (Indochina Sails) – No. 22, Tuan Chau International Port before the journey begins. 11:45 - 11:55 Departure from Tuan Chau Port. Guests enjoy a welcome drink while the cruise guide introduces the itinerary and safety regulations. 13:15 - 14:00 Enjoy a buffet lunch at the onboard restaurant while admiring the majestic scenery of Ha Long Bay as the cruise gently passes limestone islands and spectacular rock formations. 14:00 The cruise continues through famous landmarks with breathtaking views of the heritage bay. 15:30 Visit Bat Cave (also known as Dark & Bright Cave) in the Cat Ba National Park conservation area. Guests may explore by kayak or bamboo boat rowed by local residents. 16:45 Return to the cruise and enjoy 30–45 minutes of free swimming near the vessel. Our staff will always be available for assistance. 17:30 Indochine Grand anchors for the overnight stay. Guests may relax on the sundeck, swim, or enjoy mini golf. 18:15 At sunset, guests may join a Fruit Carving or Vietnamese Spring Roll Cooking Class with the cruise chef, learning traditional decoration and preparation techniques. 19:15 Enjoy a premium European-style fine dining dinner. 20:30 Evening entertainment onboard including card games, Ludo, dominoes, or squid fishing with crew assistance. 22:30 End of Day 1 program. DAY 2 06:00 - 07:15 Light breakfast served at the restaurant with tea, coffee, and pastries. 06:30 Participate in a Tai Chi session on the sundeck. 07:15 The cruise takes guests to the next destination: Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba Island. 09:00 Return to the cruise. Guests complete check-out procedures and leave luggage outside the cabin for crew assistance. 09:30 Settle bills at reception, then enjoy a late buffet breakfast. 10:30 While cruising back to the port, guests may relax and admire the stunning scenery of the bay. 11:00 Arrival at Tuan Chau Port. NOTE The itinerary may be changed without prior notice due to weather conditions.
