OTHER SURCHARGES

a. Extra Bed

• A surcharge for the 3rd person is charged at 45% of the double room rate with an extra bed (depending on room category).

b. Child Policy (based on year of birth)

• Free for 01 child under 5 years old sharing room and bed with parents (meals and accommodation included in parents’ package). If there are 02 children under 5 years old sharing the same room with parents, the second child will be charged at 75% of the adult rate.

• Children from 5 to under 11 years old sharing room and bed with parents: charged at 75% of the adult rate.

• Two children under 11 years old staying in a separate room: charged as a double room at adult rate. If only one child stays in a separate room: charged at 80% of the double room rate.

• A child aged 5 to 11 years old sharing room with one adult will be charged at the double room rate as an adult.

• Children aged 11 years and above: charged at adult rate.

• Acceptance of bookings including children is subject to approval by Party A.

c. Shared Shuttle Bus (Hanoi – Tuan Chau – Hanoi)

• 7 to 18-seat limousine shuttle, pick-up and drop-off in Hanoi Old Quarter (VAT included).

ITINERARY IN DETAIL

DAY 1: TUAN CHAU PORT – HALONG BAY – LAN HA BAY

08:20 – 09:00: Limousine D-car picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, 34 Hoa Ma Street (Hai Ba Trung District), or Hanoi Opera House (surcharge applies if booking shuttle service from Hanoi).

12:00: Mon Chéri Cruise staff welcomes you at No. 34, Tuan Chau Marina, Quang Ninh.

12:45: You board the support vessel and transfer to Mon Chéri Cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink, wet towels, and a special lunch of fresh seafood and delicacies. The cruise then sails to Lan Ha Bay – a member of the World’s Most Beautiful Bays.

15:00: Visit Dark and Bright Cave, famous for its pristine beauty and poetic scenery. Guests may take bamboo boats or kayak to explore limestone mountains and emerald waters. Swimming or relaxing in the mini pool with jacuzzi is also available.

16:30: Return to Mon Chéri Cruise – ideal time for photography of the sunset over Lan Ha Bay.

17:30 – 18:30: Cooking demonstration and “Happy Hour” promotion (Buy 1 Get 1 Free).

19:30: Romantic dinner at Mon Chéri Cruise restaurant.

21:00 – 22:00: Enjoy nightlife on the sundeck with music, cocktails, squid fishing, or relaxation in your cabin balcony.

DAY 2: LAN HA BAY – VIET HAI VILLAGE – CAT BA ISLAND

06:00: Morning Tai Chi session on the sundeck and sunrise viewing.

06:45 – 07:15: Breakfast at the restaurant.

08:00 – 08:30: Transfer to day boat for deeper exploration of Lan Ha Bay.

10:30 – 11:00: Arrive Viet Hai Village. Cycle or take a tram through rice fields, visit traditional houses made of bamboo, straw, and mud, and experience local life.

12:15 – 13:30: Lunch on day boat or village restaurant.

13:30: Free time for swimming or kayaking at a pristine beach area.

16:30: Return to Mon Chéri Cruise, enjoy sunset with music and cocktails.

19:30: Dinner at the cruise restaurant.

21:00 – 22:00: Night entertainment on board, squid fishing, music, or relaxing on the balcony.

Overnight on Mon Chéri Cruise.

DAY 3: LAN HA BAY – TUAN CHAU PORT

06:00: Morning Tai Chi and sunrise viewing.

06:45 – 07:15: Light breakfast (tea, coffee, pho, bun ca, cakes).

07:30 – 09:00: Visit Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve and Trung Trang Cave – one of the most impressive caves with unique stalactites and geological formations.

09:30: Check-out. Lunch served while cruising back to port. Settle bills at reception.

10:30 – 11:00: Disembark and return to port.

11:30 – 11:45: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. End of trip.
