OTHER SURCHARGE POLICY

• Holiday / Special Day surcharge:
  April 30 – May 1 – September 2: VND 300,000 per guest
  December 24 & December 31: VND 1,120,000 per adult and VND 800,000 per child
• Weekend surcharge (Friday & Saturday): VND 200,000 per guest
• Extra bed policy:
  The 3rd adult guest (with or without an extra bed) or extra mattress is charged 100% of the adult rate.
  (Extra bed quantity is limited. Size of extra bed: 1m x 2m)

CHILD POLICY

• Children from 1–4 years old:
  1 child stays free of charge when sharing bed with parents. The second child is charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Children from 5–10 years old:
  Charged 75% of the adult rate, sharing bed with parents, no extra bed.
• Children from 11 years old:
  Charged 100% of the adult rate.

NOTES

• Each cabin accommodates a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children under 11 years old, or 3 adults.
• The number of children allowed per cruise is limited. Please contact the reservation department for confirmation before booking.

SIGNATURE CRUISE ITINERARY – 2 DAYS 1 NIGHT BAI TU LONG BAY

DAY 1: HA LONG INTERNATIONAL PORT – VUNG VIENG FISHING VILLAGE – KAYAKING

12:00 – CHECK-IN
The cruise welcomes guests at Ha Long International Cruise Port . Check-in procedures will be completed at the waiting lounge, and luggage will be transferred to the cruise by staff.

12:45 – ONBOARD
A transfer boat will take guests to the main vessel. The captain and crew warmly welcome guests onboard. The cruise manager will provide a safety briefing and overview of the itinerary while guests enjoy a welcome drink.

13:00 – HAPPY LUNCH
The cruise departs from Ha Long International Cruise Port to explore the world natural heritage site Ha Long Bay . Guests enjoy a lunch featuring local specialties (set menu) while admiring the stunning limestone mountains.

14:45 – ACTIVITIES
The cruise anchors at Vung Vieng Fishing Village , once recognized as one of the most beautiful fishing villages in the world. The village reflects the traditional lifestyle of Northern Vietnamese fishermen. Guests will explore the area by kayak.

16:00 – RELAX
Guests who prefer relaxation can sunbathe on the sundeck or enjoy massage services (surcharge applies, please contact the cruise manager for details).

17:30 – COOKING CLASS
Join a cooking demonstration to learn how to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes.

18:00 – 19:00 HAPPY HOUR
Enjoy the “Happy Hour” program: buy 1 drink get 1 free (not applicable for bottled wine).

19:00 – DINNER
Dinner is served at the restaurant (set menu service).

21:00 – EVENING ACTIVITIES
After dinner, guests may enjoy movies, mini-games at the restaurant, squid fishing, or massage services (surcharge applies).

DAY 2: THIEN CANH SON CAVE – BEACH VISIT

06:30 – TAI CHI CLASS
Start the day with a 30-minute Tai Chi session on the sundeck. The cruise departs toward Luon Cave area.

07:00 – BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served at the restaurant with coffee, tea, milk, water, pastries, bread, eggs, fruits, and cereals.

08:00 – VISITING CAVE
Visit Thien Canh Son Cave , a pristine cave located in Bai Tu Long Bay and part of the Cong Do conservation area. It is well known for its natural beauty, untouched limestone formations, and stunning scenery. About 200 steps await your exploration.

09:00 – CHECK OUT
Return to the cruise to relax and complete check-out procedures. Please leave luggage outside the cabin; staff will transfer it to the port upon arrival. The cruise sails back to Ha Long International Cruise Port .

09:30 – BRUNCH
Enjoy a combined breakfast and lunch while settling any onboard services (if any) at the restaurant.

10:45 – GOODBYE
Arrive at Ha Long International Cruise Port .
Farewell and end of the journey.
