07:45: The coach picks up guests at the meeting point at Hanoi Opera House or 09 Cho Gao Street, then departs for Cat Ba via the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway, crossing Tan Vu – Lach Huyen Bridge, the longest sea-crossing bridge in Vietnam, connecting Dinh Vu with Cat Hai Island district of Hai Phong City.
Note: On weekends, departure time may be earlier than usual. Guests are kindly requested to be at the meeting point as informed by the tour guide from the previous afternoon.
11:30: Arrive at Cat Ba Island. Guests have lunch, then check in to the hotel and rest.
Afternoon: Free time for swimming at beaches such as Cat Co 1, 2, and 3.
18:30: Dinner. Evening is free to explore Cat Ba town and visit the night market. Overnight in Cat Ba.
05:00: If possible, guests are recommended to wake up early for a walk or take an electric car (or motorbike taxi) to visit “Cannon Fort”. From here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding islands either with the naked eye or through the telescopes installed on-site. After watching the sunrise over the sea, you can enjoy a morning coffee in the fresh atmosphere of this island paradise.
07:00: Breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
07:45–08:00: The vehicle picks you up from the hotel and transfers you to Bến Bèo Pier.
08:30: Check in on the cruise and begin the journey to explore Lan Hạ Bay – one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
09:10: The cruise passes through Cái Bèo floating fishing village, one of the oldest fishing villages in the Gulf of Tonkin. Take photos as the boat passes Turtle Islet, Chopstick Islet, etc.
10:00: Visit Việt Hải Ancient Village, the only ancient village on Cát Bà Island that still retains its pristine beauty, associated with fishing and forest life. A wonderful experience here is cycling along the coastal path of the fishing port and Cát Bà National Park, enjoying fish massage, foot soaking, and visiting local households.
11:00: The boat arrives at Hang Luồn – Tay Kéo area. Here, guests receive life jackets, paddles, and kayaks to start rowing through the caves. Hang Luồn – Tay Kéo is quite spacious with stalactites above and two water currents flowing in and out. It is surrounded by high limestone mountains, creating a landscape like a paradise. Guests can stop here to rest and enjoy the wild natural scenery.
12:30: Enjoy a seafood lunch on the cruise with signature dishes of Cát Bà Island.
13:30: Swimming at Vạn Bội Beach or Ba Trái Đào Beach (depending on tidal conditions). These are among the most beautiful natural beaches in the bay, where guests can swim, take photos, and enjoy the sea—an unforgettable experience of the trip.
15:00: The boat returns to Cái Bèo Pier, and the bus transfers guests back to the hotel. End of the Lan Hạ Bay exploration day.
18:30: Dinner is self-arranged at restaurants on the island. After dinner, guests are free to explore Cát Bà at night by walking, renting a double bicycle, or enjoying bars, karaoke, etc.
• Tourist coach (7–16–29–35–45 seats depending on group size) serving according to the itinerary
• 2 nights at a 2-star or 3-star hotel (depending on tour registration), 2 guests per room (odd groups will be arranged as triple sharing)
• Meals as per program: 150,000 VND/meal × 3 main meals + 200,000 VND/meal × 1 meal (lunch on the bay)
• 2 breakfasts according to hotel standards (buffet or noodle soup depending on the day)
• Entrance ticket to Lan Ha Bay
• Lan Ha Bay sightseeing cruise
• Kayaking at Luon Cave – Tay Keo area
• Electric car or bicycle ticket from outside into the fish spa area
• Tour guide service according to itinerary (usually full-route guide on weekends)
• Bottled water on the coach for departure and return: 2 bottles of 500ml per guest per tour
