Day 1: Hanoi Arrival – Street Food Experience – Evening Jeep Tour

Welcome to Hanoi, the thousand-year-old capital of Vietnam! Upon arrival at the airport, your tour guide and driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in and relaxation.

Early check-in surcharge is included in the tour package.

After some time to rest, begin your Hanoi street food experience. Walk through the charming streets and local eateries of Hanoi and discover some of the city’s most iconic dishes, including Bun Cha, Pho, Banh Cuon, Bun Rieu, sticky rice, Banh Mi, Vietnamese salad, and shrimp cakes.

At around 17:00, meet your guide in the hotel lobby for a brief introduction before starting your Hanoi Jeep adventure.

Ride through Hanoi’s narrow streets and hidden alleys, discovering the fascinating contrast between the city’s historic charm and modern lifestyle. The journey takes you through the Old Quarter, French Quarter, Hanoi Opera House, diplomatic area, and Long Bien Bridge, while your guide shares interesting stories about Hanoi’s history and local life.

Continue to West Lake and Truc Bach Lake, where you can experience a more peaceful and modern side of Hanoi. Your guide will introduce you to the ancient villages, spiritual sites, and everyday life of the communities surrounding the lakes.

At around 21:30, your private Jeep and guide will transfer you safely back to the hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi – Explore Local Markets – Ta Hien Beer Street at Night

After breakfast, enjoy some free time to relax or explore Hanoi at your own pace.

At lunchtime, your guide and driver will pick you up and take you to a local restaurant for lunch. Afterwards, continue with a fascinating exploration of Hanoi’s traditional local markets.

Visit Dong Xuan Market, one of the oldest and liveliest markets in the Old Quarter. Explore stalls selling clothing, souvenirs, local specialties, fresh produce, and a wide variety of everyday goods.

Continue to experience the authentic atmosphere of Hanoi’s traditional markets, where you can discover local fabrics, clothing, handicrafts, household items, and other regional products.

In the evening, visit Ta Hien Beer Street, one of Hanoi’s most famous nightlife destinations in the Old Quarter. Walk through the bustling narrow streets, enjoy local drinks and street food, and experience the lively atmosphere of Hanoi after dark.

Day 3: Hanoi – Free Day for Relaxation & Exploration

Today is a free day to discover Hanoi at your own pace.

Take a leisurely walk around the Old Quarter, visit charming local cafés, shop at small boutiques, or sample more of Hanoi’s delicious traditional cuisine.

For those interested in shopping and culture, explore the streets specializing in silk, handicrafts, traditional paintings, lacquerware, silver, and jewelry.

Alternatively, simply relax at the hotel and enjoy a peaceful day before beginning your exciting journey to Ha Long Bay.

Day 4: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Overnight Cruise Experience

After breakfast, leave Hanoi and begin your journey to Ha Long Bay.

Around 11:30, arrive at the harbor, complete the check-in procedures, and enjoy a welcome drink before boarding the cruise. After settling into your cabin, enjoy lunch while the cruise begins sailing through the spectacular scenery of the bay.

In the afternoon, explore one of the bay’s impressive cave areas by local boat or kayak. Admire the magnificent limestone formations, emerald-green waters, and peaceful natural surroundings.

After the excursion, return to the cruise and relax while enjoying the sunset over the bay. You may join a traditional Vietnamese cooking demonstration or simply unwind on the sundeck.

In the evening, enjoy dinner featuring a selection of dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients. Afterwards, spend the evening relaxing or joining optional onboard activities.

Day 5: Ha Long Bay Discovery – Viet Hai Village – Ba Trai Dao Beach

Wake up early to enjoy the sunrise over the bay and join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck, weather permitting.

After breakfast, continue your journey to Viet Hai Village, a small and peaceful village surrounded by lush forests and limestone mountains in the Cat Ba area.

Explore the village by cycling or walking along local paths, admire the beautiful countryside, and discover the simple daily life of the local community.

After lunch, continue to the Ba Trai Dao area, famous for its clear waters and pristine natural scenery. Depending on weather conditions, you may enjoy swimming, kayaking, or relaxing onboard.

In the afternoon, return to the cruise and enjoy some relaxing time surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the bay.

Take time to explore the surrounding scenery, discover the fascinating cave formations, and appreciate the pristine beauty of the Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve.

Return to the cruise, complete the check-out procedures, and enjoy lunch while the cruise sails back toward the harbor.

Late in the morning, disembark and begin the journey back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, your vehicle will transfer you to your hotel for check-in and relaxation.

The evening is free for you to explore Hanoi independently or relax at the hotel.
