DAY 01: HANOI – NOI BAI – SAPA – CAT CAT (MEALS: - / LUNCH / DINNER)
06:30: Guests gather at the meeting point at 160 Tran Quang Khai Street to complete procedures and depart for Sa Pa via the Hanoi – Lao Cai expressway. Our bus usually travels via Hoang Quoc Viet, Hoa Binh Park, Thang Long Industrial Park, Noi Bai, and then enters the expressway. Therefore, pick-up is possible at these points. Guests must register their pick-up location before departure.
Note: If guests arrive at Noi Bai International Airport on an early flight and check out before 07:45, we can arrange pick-up at the airport. Guests arriving the night before and staying at hotels in the Noi Bai – Dien Xa area will be picked up at the lobby of Noi Bai Airport Hotel between 07:45–08:00.
13:00–13:30: Arrival in Sa Pa . Guests have lunch at the hotel and check in to rest immediately (for Long Anh hotel option). For other hotel options, guests will rest for about 30 minutes after lunch before the afternoon sightseeing program.
Afternoon: The tour guide picks up guests to visit Cat Cat Village to learn about the daily life of the H’Mong ethnic people and visit Tien Sa Waterfall. Enjoy traditional cultural performances at the old hydroelectric plant area.
18:00: Dinner. Evening at leisure. Guests may take photos at Sa Pa Stone Church , explore the “love market” (held on Saturday nights), or enjoy local grilled specialties with famous San Lung rice wine to warm up the cold weather of Sa Pa. Overnight in Sa Pa.
DAY 02: SAPA – FANSIPAN – NOI BAI AIRPORT – HANOI (MEALS: BREAKFAST / LUNCH / -)
07:00: Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to relax and enjoy a hot morning coffee at the restaurant.
08:00: Transfer to the cable car station of Fansipan Legend to begin the journey to conquer Fansipan using the world’s most modern 3-rope cable car system with cabins accommodating up to 30 passengers.
From the upper station, pass through Thanh Van Dac Lo Gate to reach the cloud-covered sky realm. Visit Bich Van Zen Monastery located above 2,000m, offering a serene Vietnamese architectural style in the mist. Continue to the 3,000m altitude area to admire the 21.5m tall bronze statue of Amitabha Buddha, standing majestically among the clouds. Walk along the Arhat Path with 18 bronze Arhat statues, then reach the Kim Son Bao Thang Pagoda complex featuring ancient Vietnamese wooden temple architecture from the 15th–16th centuries. Visit Quan The Am Bodhisattva statue and Son Than Shrine. Surrounding the area are centuries-old rhododendron trees preparing to bloom in March–April with vibrant colors.
Finally, after climbing 600 stone steps, guests reach the summit of Fansipan at 3,143m – the roof of Indochina. From here, visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views and personal moments of reflection.
11:30: Return to Sa Pa town, check out, have lunch, and rest.
13:15: Transfer to the vehicle for departure back to Hanoi. On the way, there will be two rest stops at highway service areas.
19:00: Arrival near Noi Bai International Airport . If guests wish to enter the airport, a surcharge of 50,000 VND per group will apply.
20:00: Arrival at 160 Tran Quang Khai Street. End of tour. See you again!
Important notes:
In addition to the fixed schedule above, if guests wish to return earlier in the morning or later in the afternoon/evening due to flight schedules or other reasons, please inform us at the time of booking for proper arrangements.
During holidays and Tet season, vehicles larger than 16 seats are not allowed in Sa Pa. Therefore, tour buses may not operate inside certain areas. Guests may need to walk with the tour guide or use taxis/motorbikes at their own expense. However, transportation to Fansipan (if included) will still operate normally. Thank you for your understanding.
• Round-trip double cabin bus (02 passengers per cabin) on the Hanoi – Sa Pa – Hanoi route. Due to the nature of daily tours and sleeper buses for rest, there is usually no tour guide accompanying the group from Hanoi.
• 4- to 29-seat vehicles for transfers and sightseeing in Sa Pa
• Hotel accommodation as registered, 2 guests per room (odd-numbered groups will be arranged in triple rooms)

• Due to specific cable car ticket pricing and policies for tour guides at Fansipan Legend , we can only arrange for a tour guide to accompany guests on the cable car when the group has a minimum of 5 participants. Alternatively, the group may purchase a cable car ticket for the guide so they can accompany the group to the summit.
• 01-time entrance ticket to Cat Cat Village
• VAT invoice (if an invoice is required, it must be requested in advance and VAT will be charged additionally according to regulations).
• Round-trip Fansipan Legend cable car ticket. Guests may register in advance when booking the tour or pay directly to the tour guide in Sa Pa at the official retail price with no additional charges. In case guests or partners purchase the ticket on their own, the tour price will incur an extra surcharge of 50,000 VND per guest, or guests will arrange their own visit to Fansipan.
• Drinks during meals, at the hotel, and other personal expenses.
• Differences in entrance ticket prices (if any) at the time of travel compared to the booking time. We kindly ask for your understanding and compliance with this policy.
• Tips for driver and tour guide:
If guests are satisfied with the service of the driver and tour guide, tipping is optional and entirely at their discretion. The minimum suggested amount is 50,000 VND per guest per day.
• Mandatory tipping for international guests: 3 USD per guest per day.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
• Changes to the departure date must be notified at least 03 days before the departure date. The first date change is free of charge. From the second change onward (2nd, 3rd, etc.), a fee of 30% will be applied for each change. All booking information must remain unchanged except for the travel date.
• Cancellation at least 07 days before departure: 30% penalty will be charged.
• Cancellation at least 03 days before departure: 50% penalty will be charged.
• Cancellation within 1–2 days before departure: 100% penalty will be charged.
• On the departure date, if the guest is not present at the agreed time and location, or the tour guide cannot reach the guest via the provided contact number, and the guest does not proactively contact the operator to inform any changes, such cases will be considered as a no-show (self-cancellation of the tour), and a 100% penalty of the tour price will be applied.
Other general notes:
• Tour participants must bring valid identification documents (Citizen ID card or Passport). Children under 14 years old must bring a birth certificate. Children aged 14 and above are required to have a Citizen ID card or Passport.
• It is recommended to bring medication for diarrhea and common cold/fever.
• Vegetarian guests are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to suit their dietary preferences.
• Any services included in the tour that are not used by the guest, and are not due to fault of the tour operator, will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to adjust the order of sightseeing destinations depending on specific daily conditions, while still ensuring all attractions listed in the itinerary are visited.
(*) Customer responsibilities:
• Customers are fully responsible for their own health in all circumstances. They are required to inform the tour operator of any personal medical conditions (if any) in order to receive appropriate consultation regarding health suitability for the registered tour.
• Customers must take care of their own personal belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip. The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, flight tickets, or other personal property during the journey.
