Tour price includes:
• Tourist bus from 7 to 45 seats (depending on group size) for pick-up and drop-off according to the itinerary.
• 01 night in Moc Chau and 01 night in Mai Chau according to registered standard:
• Dormitory stilt house (clean bedding provided, shared external restroom facilities outside the sleeping area).
• Hotel accommodation as registered, 02 guests per room (odd-numbered groups will be arranged in triple sharing).
• 05 main meals as per program, at VND 100,000–150,000 per meal (depending on group size).
• 02 standard breakfasts: noodle soup (pho/bun) or hotel-standard breakfast (if available).
• Tour guide service throughout the itinerary; however, the segment from Mai Chau to Hanoi may not include a guide on the vehicle.
• Bottled water on the bus, 01 bottle per guest per day.
Children (please read carefully to understand child policy):
• Children from 1–4 years old: free of charge (parents cover all expenses; no separate seat on the bus). Each 02 adults may accompany only 01 free child; from the second child onward, 75% of the tour price applies (same conditions as paid children).
• If 01 adult travels with 01 child aged 1–4, the child must pay 50% of the adult tour price (entitled to a separate seat on the bus, half meal portion, and other services similar to a child paying 75% of the tour price).
• Children from 5–9 years old are charged 75% of the tour price (separate meal portion and separate seat on the bus but must share a bed with parents). Even if two children are charged, no separate bed is provided.
• Children aged 10 and above are charged as adults.
Important notes for guests:
• Guests must bring valid identification documents (ID card or Passport).
• Guests are advised to bring insect repellent, common cold/fever medicine, or any prescribed medication as directed by a doctor.
• Vegetarian guests are recommended to bring their own vegetarian food to ensure dietary preferences.
• Any unused services in the tour will not be refunded.
• The tour guide reserves the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing points depending on daily departure conditions, while ensuring all destinations in the program are covered.
• In cases where the departure group has 6 guests or fewer, the driver may also act as the tour guide. These drivers are experienced and knowledgeable about routes and local culture.
• As this is a mountainous tour and usually uses small vehicles, guests are advised not to bring bulky or oversized luggage. Backpacks are recommended instead of hard suitcases.
• Some homestay accommodation options are available to enhance the experience of the mountain tour. Guests are advised to bring personal items if staying at homestays (if necessary).
(*) Customer responsibilities:
• Customers are responsible for their own health conditions and chronic illnesses (cardiovascular, blood pressure, diabetes, musculoskeletal conditions, etc.), congenital diseases, latent diseases, HIV/AIDS, mental or neurological disorders, and pregnancy, which are not covered by travel insurance. When necessary, guests must sign a declaration regarding their health condition before joining the tour. The tour operator is not responsible for any cases where guests fail to declare or provide inaccurate health information, or for cases outside the scope of travel insurance coverage.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and in all places throughout the trip. The tour operator is not responsible for any loss of money, valuables, air tickets, or personal property during the journey.
